Sizes Quoted - are they accurate?
We use different suppliers so sizing can vary slightly. Framed and float framed prints - we quote the glass size so add 2 - 3cm all round for finished framed size.
When will I receive my order?
We ship all orders from within the UK, using either Royal Mail 1st class, Signed For® or one of our trusted couriers.
We'll send a confirmation email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
Notecards, notebooks, tablemats + coasters, wrap, cushions, aprons, oven gloves + mitts, make-up bags, pencil cases, tea towels are shipped within 24 hours of order, usually same day.
From shipping date, delivery will be:
UK: 1 - 2 working days; prints, framed prints and canvas float framed prints within 7 - 10 working days;
Europe: 3 - 5 working days, prints + framed prints within 10 - 14 working days;
World-wide: 1 - 2 weeks, prints + framed prints within 3 - 4 weeks.

What is your returns policy?
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Further details here.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere within the United Kingdom, Europe and world-wide.
What are your delivery costs?
Our shipping costs vary, depending on country and item. They start with FREE UK delivery for cards and from £12 for delivery of original art within the UK. All original art and framed prints are shipped with insurance. Further details here.
Do you gift wrap?
We can't offer gift wrap at the moment but hope to do so soon. Please email Catriona@theenglishartco.co.uk to request.
